How healthy is Wisconsin?

Creating choropleth maps is both stimulating and challenging. Data on the area maps could provide a snapshot of how an individual variable changes. However, the problem arises when one has to visualize data related to humans (Unemployment Rate, Mental Distress, Excessive Drinking, Food Security). There are two issues - a) How to visualize more variables on the static map? b) How to communicate data (humanizing data visualization)? And to tackle these issues, I have employed Chernoff faces and manual data classification.
